About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer based in South Korea to support trend research, mood board development, and client-facing design work for our international buyer portfolio. This is a remote role requiring strong market awareness of Korean and global fashion trends, along with the ability to translate client briefs into visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing fashion trend analysis across Korean and global markets to identify emerging styles, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to our buyers.
Perform market research to track competitor collections, seasonal shifts, and consumer demand patterns.
Develop customer-specific mood boards tailored to each buyer's brand identity and seasonal direction.
Carry out "innovation shopping" — sourcing and reviewing new collections, fabrics, and design concepts from leading brands and retailers as creative reference material.
Conduct client website and digital catalog analysis to extract design cues, brand tone, and visual direction to inform mood boards and concept development.
Join customer meetings (virtual) to present design concepts, gather feedback, and align on seasonal direction with clients.
Collaborate with internal design/compliance/merchandising teams to ensure design concepts align with buyer requirements and production feasibility.

Excellent research skills and an eye for current and emerging fashion trends.
Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting concepts directly to international clients.
Based in South Korea, with reliable internet access for remote work and video meetings.
