This role provides high-level executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer of a large, global healthcare organization. You will be the central point of coordination for calendar management, travel, meetings, communications, and team activities. Beyond traditional executive assistance, you will operate with a light Chief of Staff mindset, staying closely connected to business priorities and key stakeholders. You will anticipate upcoming milestones, identify preparation needs, and ensure the right people and information are in place ahead of important decisions. The role offers broad exposure to a fast-moving global marketing organization and its strategic planning cycles.
