LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST - Process Modelling and Mapping

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Celonis Technical Consultant / Technical Architect with strong expertise in Celonis Process Intelligence (EMS), data integration, process mining development, PQL scripting, dashboard creation, and process automation. The individual will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Celonis solutions, integrating enterprise systems, developing analytical models, and enabling process intelligence across client environments. The role requires hands-on technical expertise in Celonis, data engineering, process mining implementation, workflow automation, and enterprise application integration. Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Celonis Process Intelligence solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other enterprise processes.
Build and maintain Celonis Data Models, Data Pools, Knowledge Models, and Process Analytics applications.
Configure event logs, activity tables, case identifiers, data transformations, and process mining structures within Celonis EMS.
Develop advanced Process Query Language (PQL) calculations, KPIs, custom metrics, analyses, and process insights.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data extraction frameworks, data mapping, data quality validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning activities.
Design and implement integrations between Celonis and enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other business systems.
Design and develop operational and executive dashboards, custom visualizations, KPI scorecards, drill-down reports, and process monitoring solutions using Celonis Studio and Analysis.
Design and implement Celonis Action Flows, workflow automation, and process execution management solutions to automate process interventions and exception handling.
Implement Task Mining capabilities and support AI/GenAI-enabled process intelligence solutions to drive automation and data-driven decision-making.
Define Celonis solution architecture, implementation standards, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.
Lead technical workshops, solution design discussions, and architecture reviews with business and IT stakeholders.
Collaborate with Business Value Architects, Consulting, Delivery, and Presales teams to design scalable and high-performing Celonis solutions.
Functional Expertise Strong expertise across Finance-to-Pay (F2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FP&A, Controllership, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Hire-to-Retire (H2R), and Customer Service processes. Industry Exposure Experience across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Automotive, High-Tech, Telecom, Financial Services and Shared Services organizations. Required Qualifications 6-10 years of overall IT experience, 3+ years of hands-on Celonis implementation experience. Strong expertise in PQL, SQL, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Development., Experience integrating Celonis with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems. Proven experience in Celonis Action Flows and workflow automation. Strong problem-solving and technical consulting skills. Preferred Qualifications Celonis Certified Analyst / Developer / Professional. Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA data structures. Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, ServiceNow, UiPath, or other automation technologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
