We are hiring an Sr Electrical Hardware for a full-time, permanent opportunity with Talendroid Technologies in Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on electrical/electronics engineer who can drive PCBA design refresh, risk mitigation, and product-development initiatives—from concept and schematic design through validation, compliance, and manufacturing support.
Key responsibilities
Drive PCBA risk-mitigation, obsolescence-management, and supply-chain-driven design-refresh projects
Design and validate digital, mixed-signal, and power-electronics circuit boards
Lead component selection, design calculations, simulations, trade-off analysis, verification, and testing
Develop design artifacts including HLDs, DFMEAs, verification plans, and requirements-traceability matrices
Work with global, cross-functional teams across systems engineering, quality, sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing
Support regulatory, safety, reliability, environmental, thermal, Ethernet, and USB compliance requirements
Define PCBA functional-circuit-test requirements while meeting manufacturability, serviceability, reliability, and cost targets
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Experience: 8 + years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic hardware design and product development.
Candidates should have strong fundamentals in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics; practical experience with circuit design/simulation tools and schematic capture; and exposure to component selection, board-level validation, functional testing, and regulatory testing. The ability to independently manage low- to medium-complexity projects, perform design calculations, create technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential. Exposure to embedded C/C++, FPGA/HDL, and project-management practices will be an added advantage.
