Airfluence is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist who can take complete ownership of campaigns and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
Manage budgets and identify growth opportunities.
Track and analyze performance using GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.
Work closely with creative and marketing teams to improve results.
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Strong experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns.
Good understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Preferred
Experience in Lead Generation, Insurance, Fintech, Loans, or Financial Services.
