Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, managing ongoing relationships, and coordinating campaigns across social media platforms. The associate will support campaign planning and execution, handle outreach and negotiations, and ensure deliverables meet brand and platform guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring influencer performance, tracking campaign metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product. The role also includes staying informed about influencer trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to help optimize MyWall’s influencer marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening.
Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing skills, including creator identification, outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including understanding major platforms, content formats, and audience engagement.
Candidates should possess Public Relations skills, including brand representation, reputation management, and collaboration with external partners.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including persuasion, negotiation, and the ability to support partnership and campaign deals.
Relevant experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships is beneficial.
Ability to analyze performance data, prepare reports, and use basic analytics tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are important.
