We are seeking an experienced Platform Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for a large-scale, cloud-native AI platform.
The role will own architectural decisions across LLM integration, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation. You will lead the architecture review process and serve as the senior technical point of contact.
What You'll Do
Design end-to-end platform architecture across all technical domains.
Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and lead the architecture review board.
Define integration architecture across enterprise systems and communication channels.
Design AI agent orchestration patterns and multi-agent workflow models.
Define security architecture covering identity, access control, audit, and data governance.
Review and approve API contracts, data schemas, and tool definitions.
Mentor engineering teams on design patterns and best practices.
Lead technical client-facing discussions and solutioning sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years in platform or solution architecture.
Deep knowledge of LLM APIs and agentic system design patterns.
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platform design at enterprise scale.
Strong experience with event-driven architecture, including Kafka or equivalent message streaming.
Experience with cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, or Azure.
Experience with graph and relational databases, vector stores, and RAG pipeline design.
Strong understanding of security architecture, including OAuth 2.0, RBAC/ABAC, and zero-trust.
Experience with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Strong communication skills across both engineering and executive audiences.
Nice to Have
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or tool-calling standards.
Background in ITSM or enterprise service management.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent Azure certification.
