Odoo ERP Project Manager

Cloudmen is looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager based in Egypt to manage Odoo implementation projects remotely and ensure successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Odoo implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
Create project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and track progress.
Coordinate between clients, functional consultants, developers, and technical teams.
Conduct client meetings, project updates, demonstrations, and user acceptance testing.
Identify project risks, scope changes, and delivery blockers and resolve them proactively.
Manage client expectations and maintain clear, professional communication.
Ensure project documentation is complete and regularly updated.
Monitor budgets, timesheets, resource utilization, and project profitability.
Support user training, data migration, go-live preparation, and project handover.
Ensure delivered solutions follow Odoo best practices and meet client requirements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing ERP or Odoo implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Odoo’s functional modules and implementation methodology.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
Ability to lead remote teams and communicate confidently with clients.
Familiarity with Agile and traditional project-management methodologies.
Strong organizational skills with attention to deadlines and details.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with an official Odoo partner.
Odoo certification.
Knowledge of accounting, sales, CRM, inventory, purchase, manufacturing, or HR workflows.
Experience working with clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the wider GCC.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or another project-management certification.
