Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ayurvedic Beautician/Therapist based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The professional in this role will perform Ayurvedic beauty and wellness treatments, including threading, herbal waxing, facials, massages, skin and hair therapies, and other Ayurvedic-based procedures according to established protocols. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable treatments and products, and maintaining a clean, safe, and calming treatment environment. The role also involves scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and supporting basic front-desk activities when needed. The Ayurvedic Beautician/Therapist will contribute to client education about Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and may support promotional activities or events that help grow the business.
Qualifications
Strong practical skills in beauty therapy, including eye brow threading, waxing, facials, body treatments, and basic skincare services.
Knowledge of Ayurveda principles and Ayurvedic therapies, with the ability to apply them in beauty and wellness treatments.
Excellent client service and communication skills, with a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain hygiene and safety standards in the treatment area, including proper handling of tools, products, and equipment.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle appointments, records, and daily workflow efficiently.
Relevant certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, Ayurveda, or a related field; practical training or spa/salon experience is an advantage.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with an entrepreneurial, wellness-focused environment.
Comfort working on-site on a full-time schedule in the Greater Bengaluru Area, Kommaghatta Kengeri.
