Hiring: Cisco ICM Routing Engineer – Remote USA
Our client is looking for an experienced Cisco ICM Routing Engineer to join a major Contact Center Transformation programme.
Location: Remote – USA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: $65–$70/hr
C2C
You’ll design, develop and optimize intelligent call-routing solutions across a Cisco UCCE contact-center environment.
Key Skills:
• Cisco Unified ICM / UCCE
• ICM Script Editor
• Precision Routing & Precision Queues
• Skill Groups & Call Types
• Cisco CVP Integration
• Routing Configuration & Optimization
• SQL
• Contact Center Routing Patterns
• Production Troubleshooting
Nice to Have: Cisco Finesse, CUIC, Webex Contact Center, REST APIs, Python, Git and digital-channel routing.
