Glacier Airline is building a new airline and connected travel ecosystem from Iceland.
We are looking for an experienced Aviation Finance & Business Planning Consultant to work directly with our team on the financial and commercial foundation of the airline.
This is not a general accounting role. We are looking for someone who understands the economics of operating an airline and can translate an aviation strategy into a robust, investor-ready financial model and business plan.
The Role
You will support Glacier Airline with:
• Developing a detailed 5-year integrated airline financial model
• Route-level revenue, cost and profitability modelling
• Aircraft and fleet economics
• Aircraft utilisation and block-hour economics
• CASK, RASK, yield and break-even load-factor analysis
• Startup capital and working-capital requirements
• Base, downside and growth scenarios
• Investor-ready business planning and financial materials
• Supporting preparation for future investor discussions and fundraising
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
• Airline FP&A / Corporate Finance
• Airline Financial Modelling
• Network Planning & Route Economics
• Fleet Planning
• Aircraft Leasing / Aviation Finance
• Airline Strategy & Consulting
• Aviation Investment / Fundraising
Previous experience developing an airline business plan or airline financial model is highly desirable.
