Job Summary -
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, client handling, and team management of our immigration consultancy branch. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes, proven leadership skills, and experience in driving branch sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
Handle client consultations and provide guidance on suitable immigration programs.
Oversee visa application processing and ensure documentation accuracy.
Ensure compliance with applicable immigration regulations and company policies.
Handle client and team escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing client applications.
Conduct quality checks and audits of client files and processes.
Prepare and submit branch sales, performance, and operational reports.
Monitor branch expenses and maintain proper financial controls.
Implement initiatives to improve customer experience and service quality.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Support senior management in achieving organizational objectives and expansion plans.
Requirements -
5+ years of relevant experience in the immigration / visa consultancy industry.
Proven experience in branch management or sales management.
Strong knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
Strong client-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.
Candidates with prior experience managing an immigration consultancy branch will be preferred.
