Solutions Strategist

We're ButterWorks, part of the Schbang Network — we build creative solutions for brands across industries. Right now, we're hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading men's personal care and grooming brand.
What you'll be doing:
Managing day-to-day client communication and account servicing — keeping projects moving, timelines tight, clients happy
Digging into market trends and campaign performance data to spot real opportunities, not just report on them
Helping translate those insights into strategies and roadmaps the team can actually execute against
Working closely with sales, BD, creative, and marketing to shape integrated solutions — and supporting the pitch when it's time to take them to clients
Building presentations, sitting in client meetings, and sharpening proposals based on real feedback
Occasionally being part of our content — reels and social videos — as the on-camera face for a few campaigns tied to this client's men's personal care line. This is a specific, occasional part of the role, which is why we're looking for male candidates for this position
What we're looking for:
1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or marketing execution — agency experience is a strong plus
Genuinely good with data — able to pull a real insight out of it, not just summarize it
Comfortable owning client conversations and juggling multiple moving parts at once
Bachelor's in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Basic comfort in front of a camera
Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
