Gallery Relationship Executive — Role Description
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and presentable Gallery Relationship Executive who can represent Gallery MOLD and build strong relationships within the art, design, architecture, interiors and premium lifestyle ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with artists, architects, interior designers, designers, brands and corporate clients.
* Identify and generate new business leads and partnership opportunities for the gallery.
* Promote gallery spaces for Art Shows, pop-ups, brand launches, private events and corporate events.
* Handle client communication, meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups.
* Develop and maintain a strong professional network in Vadodara and surrounding markets.
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for exhibitions, events and collaborations.
* Follow up on enquiries and convert relevant opportunities into business.
* Maintain client and lead information using digital tools/social media/CRM systems.
* Represent Gallery MOLD professionally at events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Fashion or a related field.
* Relevant experience in sales, business development, client servicing, luxury/premium retail, hospitality, art, interiors or design will be an advantage.
Required Skills
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional personality.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
* Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, basic digital tools and social media tools and platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple clients, leads and activities simultaneously.
* Good understanding or genuine interest in art, architecture, interiors, fashion, design and premium brands.
* Willingness to attend meetings, exhibitions, events and networking activities.
Experience
0–3 years of experience can be considered for the role. Candidates with experience in sales, business development, luxury brands, art galleries, interior design, architecture, hospitality or premium lifestyle businesses will be preferred.
