About the Role
We are looking for a Turkish-Speaking Call Agent based in Türkiye to support an active football tryout campaign.
You will contact Turkish-speaking candidates who have already submitted their information and expressed interest in the opportunity. Your role will be to explain the Athlete Badge offer and tryout process, answer questions, follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the next steps.
This is a remote contract position with a part-time workload. It does not involve cold calling.
Responsibilities
• Contact registered candidates by phone and WhatsApp
• Explain the Athlete Badge offer, eligibility requirements and tryout process clearly and accurately
• Answer candidates’ questions and provide the correct information
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Guide candidates through the registration and subscription process
• Record call results, lead statuses and notes in Google Sheets
• Communicate with the Buzzer team in English and provide regular progress updates
• Follow the provided calling script and campaign guidelines
Requirements
• Native or fluent Turkish is required
• Strong spoken and written English is required for onboarding, internal communication and reporting
• Currently based in Türkiye
• Confident and professional phone communication
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and explaining an offer clearly
• Previous experience in call handling, customer support, sales support or lead follow-up is preferred
• Organized and comfortable working with Google Sheets
• Reliable internet connection, phone access and a suitable environment for making calls
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records
