A passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who thrives on collaboration and creativity. You’re experienced in every stage of the design process—from concept to execution—and bring visual stories to life with originality and intention. You care deeply about the craft, adapt seamlessly to different aesthetics, and are driven by the desire to create assets that not only meet the brief but elevate it. With strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, you work confidently both independently and as part of a team. You lead with curiosity, take ownership, and inspire others to aim higher.
You must be able to:
Be responsible for the creation of key visuals for digital campaigns, arising from the brief and assets provided by some of our incredible clients.
Lead the creative development of assets, providing clear direction and constructive feedback when needed.
Adapt the aesthetics of the different assets required in each campaign, ensuring consistency and innovation across all formats.
Present your designs, justifying your decision-making in the developed creative paths, and articulating your vision clearly to both internal teams and clients.
Check that the developed materials comply with the specifications provided by the client.
Ensure that all deliverables align with The Electric Factory’s quality standards, inspiring others to aim for the same benchmark.
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, Team Leader, and Design team, while taking initiative and assuming ownership of results.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and design execution, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence.
Required skills:
Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and eager to interact and generate synergy with other teammembers.
Strong leadership mindset: capable of guiding peers, supporting team members, and contributing to a positive, motivated, and solution-oriented work environment.
Experience in every stage of the design process: from the conceptualization of styles to the completion of designs and their implementation in different media and formats.
Ability to prioritize, make decisions under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of autonomy.
Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
