Senior Growth Hacker at BairesDev
We are looking for a Senior Growth Hacker to identify and exploit unconventional growth opportunities across the acquisition and retention funnel. Combining creative thinking with technical execution, you will design and test novel strategies that drive rapid, compounding growth beyond traditional marketing channels.
What You'll Do:
- Identify non-obvious growth levers across the full customer journey and develop experiments to validate them quickly.
- Execute creative acquisition strategies spanning viral loops, referral mechanics, SEO, partnerships, and product-led growth.
- Build and analyze growth funnels, using data to uncover friction points and unlock conversion improvements.
- Work directly with engineering and product teams to implement technical growth experiments and automation.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, continuously improving ROI through testing and iteration.
- Document learnings from experiments and scale successful tactics into repeatable growth programs.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, growth marketing, or a highly experimental marketing role.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience implementing growth experiments involving code, automation, or APIs.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and comfortable working with raw data to generate insights.
- Experience across a wide range of acquisition channels including SEO, paid media, viral, and product-led tactics.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
