E-commerce Sales Merchant
We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Merchant to manage online sales, client relationships, and business development with Interior Designers & Architects (IDAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle live e-commerce inquiries and customer emails.
Understand client requirements and recommend rugs based on interiors, style, size, and budget.
Assist clients with quotations and order placement.
Proactively reach out to Interior Designers & Architects (IDAs) to generate new business opportunities.
Manage and nurture existing IDA accounts and follow up on leads/projects.
Share product collections, samples, and recommendations with clients and IDAs.
Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Support clients throughout the journey from inquiry and order placement to production and final delivery.
Drive sales, follow-ups, client engagement, and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Min exp 2-3 Years.
2. Strong communication and sales skills.
3. Customer-focused and proactive approach.
4. Interest in interiors, design, and home décor.
5. Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
7. Prior experience in e-commerce, sales, interiors, or client servicing is preferred.
