About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Executive who has personally executed B2B marketing campaigns across paid, outbound and LinkedIn channels.
This is an execution-heavy role. You will work across Fastcurve's Product Engineering Services, Enkept HRMS and other products, continuously experimenting with messaging, channels, creatives, offers and campaigns to discover what generates qualified leads and meetings.
What You'll Do
Plan, build, launch and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, cold email and LinkedIn outreach/InMails.
Build and execute outbound campaigns using tools such as Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Develop multiple versions of messaging, email sequences, ad copy, creatives, CTAs and offers and systematically A/B test them.
Use AI extensively for research, prospect personalization, messaging, creative generation, campaign analysis and content repurposing.
Use automation tools to streamline lead research, enrichment, campaign execution, follow-ups, reporting and workflows.
Create and test campaign-specific landing pages and lead-generation journeys.
Monitor campaign performance across the funnel—from impressions and clicks to responses, qualified leads, meetings and opportunities.
Analyze results, identify patterns and propose the next set of experiments.
Maintain a structured record of experiments, results and learnings to gradually build repeatable demand-generation playbooks for different products and ICPs.
Work closely with the leadership team on ICPs, positioning and campaign direction, while owning day-to-day execution.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on B2B demand generation / growth marketing experience.
You have personally run campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads—not just managed agencies or vendors.
Strong hands-on experience with cold email, email sequencing, deliverability and LinkedIn prospecting/outreach.
Comfortable with campaign analytics, A/B testing, funnels, conversion metrics and attribution.
Experience with tools such as Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly, Sales Navigator, GA4 and marketing automation platforms.
Strong written communication and ability to develop differentiated messaging for different ICPs and personas.
Comfortable using AI tools as part of everyday marketing execution, not just for content writing.
Highly experimental, data-driven and comfortable trying things that may fail—and learning quickly from them.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently take a campaign from idea → execution → measurement → iteration.

This is not a social media or content-only role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building and running campaigns hands-on, experimenting rapidly across channels, and using AI and automation to increase the speed and scale of execution.
