2nd Shift Production Supervisor

We're looking for a motivated individual who'd like to join our team as a Production Supervisor. This position will report to the Factory Manager and be responsible for the overall well being of their shift with regards to productivity, quality, safety, on-time delivery and morale.

Work performed
1. Evaluates attendance, productivity, quality & safety of personnel
2. Takes appropriate corrective action when personnel do not meet company standards
3. Sets schedules for employees including overtime to ensure on time delivery
4. Determines staffing requirements to ensure on time delivery and cost efficiency
5. Oversees training of new personnel and evaluates their performance
6. Communicates with customer service on production conditions
7. Works with customer service to ensure rush orders ship on time
8. Troubleshoots technical problems and uses resources to resolve them as needed
9. Fosters a positive work environment to minimize turnover
10. Accurately represents the attitudes and objectives of company to personnel
Requirements
1. 4+ years of manufacturing experience
2. 4+ years managing a team of at least 10 people
3. Strong technical skills; ability to troubleshoot machine problems
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Intermediate computer skills (ability to learn/use payroll, task management software)
Hours & compensation
1. Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm
2. Starting at $27.55 - $29.37/hour, depending on experience
3. $1,000 signing bonus
4. Regular overtime available
