Job Title: Senior Specialist - Branch Operations
Department/Function: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
The role holder will be involved in day to day activities related to processing of Customer requests, reconciliations and particiapate in Branch Internal and statutory audit process.To sustain better client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support trade products and General Banking Operations. To assist and support Branch Ops Head to achieve organisational goals as per KPI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should have multi-tasking ability.
Should have operational skills to operationalize new products/processes in line with market practice.
Aptitude to constantly upgrade knowledge and skills in line with the updates in industry/peer banks.
Manage Branch operations productivity.
Customer Service activity for the branch customers.
Spearhead technological and digital upgradation in processes and systems in co-ordination with the technology team.
Improve and enhance operating systems and procedures on an ongoing basis to meet future business challenges.
Spearhead initiative to reduce operational costs.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
