Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer (1+ year experience) who’s excited to design, build, and ship real products not just screens.
This is not a traditional design role. You’ll work in an AI-first, fast execution environment, where design meets development, and ideas go live in days not months.
What You’ll Do
Design high-converting websites, landing pages, and product interfaces
Create wireframes, UI systems, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, and modern tools
Work with design systems, Figma Variables, and token-based design
Collaborate closely with developers and support design-to-code workflows
Use AI tools (Figma AI, Framer AI, Uizard, Galileo AI) to accelerate design execution
Translate designs into developer-ready components and scalable systems
Apply UX principles to improve usability, accessibility, and conversions
Participate in rapid iteration cycles, testing, and product improvements
Contribute to building reusable UI systems and scalable component libraries

Design-to-code thinking (UI/UX + frontend collaboration)
Building and scaling design systems with tokens & variables
Working in a high-speed, product-first environment

Hands-on exposure to modern tools like Framer, Webflow, and AI builders
Real-world understanding of startup product thinking & execution
How to think like a Product Designer, not just a UI designer
What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in UI/UX or product design
Strong skills in Figma (Framer/Canva is a plus)
Understanding of design systems & token-based design
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS & responsive design
Solid grasp of UX fundamentals & user flows
Interest in AI-assisted design tools and workflows
Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A portfolio showcasing your work is required
Nice to Have
Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools
Basic JavaScript knowledge
Experience with Figma Variables & design tokens
Understanding of accessibility & SEO-friendly UI
Interest in startup or SaaS environments
