As a Sr. Tech Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in resolving intricate technical challenges and actively participating in the implementation of our cutting-edge software – all in all ensuring the best possible service to our clients. Key responsibilities:
Act as a trusted technical point of contact, troubleshooting complex deployment, rollout, and optimization issues for enterprise IT teams running Thinfinity Workspace.
Provide advanced support for virtual desktop and application delivery architectures; diagnose and resolve issues related to reverse proxies, secure publishing protocols (RDP, VNC, SSH), session brokering, and context-aware identity policies.
Troubleshoot and maintain hybrid cloud deployments, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), alongside Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Assist clients hands-on with technical challenges when migrating legacy workloads from Citrix or VMware Horizon over to Thinfinity’s web-based platform.
Validate and troubleshoot Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) configurations, ensuring gateway hardening complies with enterprise security frameworks.
Author clear, concise documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to resolve recurring issues and empower customer self-service.
Travel for local implementations and events, ensuring successful deployments and strong customer relationships.
About you:
5+ years of experience as a Sr. Tech Support Engineer, Application Support, Technical Consultant, or similar role focused on software support and infrastructure, virtualization, or VDI.
Excellent communication skills in English (fluent)
Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon environments.
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, remote access protocols (RDP, VNC, SSH, VPN), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle Cloud).
Hands-on knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with cloud platforms including Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP, or IONOS.
