Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Officer to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers through phone, email, and digital platforms, focusing on agriculture-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential prospects into sales leads.
*Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product information, handle inquiries, and offer appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
*Sales Conversion: Close deals efficiently while meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
*Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent post-sale support.
Job Requirements
B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech in Agriculture or a related field
Minimum 6 month of experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture sector
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales acumen with a proven record of achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
