About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with 2 years of professional experience to join our content and creative team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and motion graphics that align with our brand strategy and engage audiences across platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for storytelling, strong design instincts, and advanced proficiency with editing and design tools—including emerging AI-based tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, edit, and deliver compelling video content for campaigns, social media, ads, reels, YouTube, and websites.
Create motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and brand teams to ensure consistent visual identity across formats.
Design and animate brand intros, product videos, explainer videos, and promotional content.
Use AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, D-ID) for enhanced video editing, visual generation, or automation.
Integrate static and video elements into cohesive multi-platform creative outputs.
Understand platform-specific video guidelines (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Video, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain a high-quality editing pipeline, manage video assets, and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of storyboarding, editing workflows, transitions, audio sync, and pacing.
Proficiency in motion graphics, transitions, typography animation, and visual storytelling.
Ability to visualize concepts and turn scripts or briefs into compelling visual narratives.
Knowledge of brand guidelines and experience in maintaining brand consistency across video and design content.
Awareness of social media trends, video formats, aspect ratios, and performance optimization techniques.
Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Software & Tools Proficiency:
Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing
Adobe After Effects – Motion graphics & animation
Adobe Photoshop – Image and thumbnail editing
Adobe Illustrator – Vector elements & graphic assets
Figma – UI visuals and collaborative design
Canva – Quick edits, template-based visuals
Runway ML – AI-powered video editing, cleanup, rotoscoping
Midjourney, Adobe Firefly – Visual generation (AI design aid)
Requirements.
12 months of experience as a video editor, motion designer, or similar role in a fast-paced creative environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing video edits, motion graphics, social media reels, and brand videos.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Media Production, Visual Communication, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and communication skills.
