About the Role
Zade Eternal Ananta LLP is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage client relationships from initial requirements through quotations, invoicing, payments and ongoing account coordination.
The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating internally and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing client relationships and follow up on previous enquiries
Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions
Prepare and send quotations
Coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups
Schedule and coordinate client meetings
Collect and communicate client feedback
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are handled efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, CRM or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable handling quotations, invoicing and payment coordination
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Good attention to detail and record-keeping
Job Details
Reports to: Founder
Employment: Full-time
Location: 4 days at Iconic, Shyamal; 2 days at CTM, Mahadev Estate
Work Mode: On-site
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹25,000/month, based on experience
