Hiring | General Manager – Business & Operations
Bhopal | Work From Office
Experience: 4+ years
Industry: Consumer Tech / Ecommerce / D2C
Role
Lead and coordinate overall business operations across Sales, Ecommerce, Finance, Procurement, HR & Supply Chain, ensuring smooth execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business KPIs, MIS, profitability & performance• Coordinate cross-functional teams and operations
• Build & enforce SOPs and processes
• Monitor revenue, margins, expenses & working capital
• Identify bottlenecks and drive timely solutions
• Support the Founder in business execution and growth
Looking For:
• Strong operations & business management experience
• Good understanding of numbers, KPIs & P&L
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Startup/D2C/Ecommerce/Consumer Tech experience preferred
• High ownership and execution mindset
