Delivery Support

About the Role
As a Delivery Support, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service. This role involves managing a team of drivers, overseeing daily delivery activities, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating daily delivery operations, assigning tasks and routes to drivers
Conducting rider interviews and managing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared
Conducting on-ground training to all new hires to ensure they are aligned with InstaShop's standards
Monitoring delivery performance, addressing delays, and resolving on-ground issues to ensure timely service
Providing support and guidance to drivers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Conducting regular performance evaluations and training sessions to enhance team skills and efficiency
Communicating with customers and addressing any delivery-related concerns or feedback
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, incidents, and vehicle usage
Ensuring asset delivery is in a timely fashion to 3PL vendors and their riders
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in delivery operations or team supervision
Strong understanding of route planning, delivery processes, and safety regulations
Proficiency in using delivery management software and GPS tracking systems
