Senior DevOps Engineer
Location Poland | Remote / Hybrid
About The Role
At Atos, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international team delivering cloud-native solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for automation, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps practices, helping to build secure, scalable, and highly available services. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, and platform teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application delivery
Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions
Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based environments
Build and maintain Docker images and containerized workloads
Implement and manage GitOps deployment processes using Flux
Develop automation scripts and operational tooling using Python
Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to reliability improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and promote DevOps best practices
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes
Strong experience with Docker
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Practical knowledge of GitOps principles
Experience with Flux
Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Python scripting experience
Understanding of networking, application deployment, and container security
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Nice to Have
Golang development experience
Helm
GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools
Monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace
Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
Telecom industry experience
