Looking for an opportunity in the International BPO industry with strong earning potential and career growth?
We’re hiring Customer Support Executives – Voice Process for our US Voice Process in Chandigarh! 🇺🇸🎧
📍 Location: Chandigarh | Work from Office
💼 Role: Customer Support – Voice Process
🕐 Shift: Rotational US Shifts | Weekends & Holidays as applicable
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
👥 Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome
💰 SALARY & EARNING POTENTIAL
• In-Hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100/month including applicable night shift allowance
• 🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000/month
• 🏆 Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000/month
• 🎯 Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000/month
• 🎁 Double pay on national holidays + compensatory off
• 🚗 Cab facility available with ₹1,250 deduction
• 📱 Mobile Recharge Reimbursement: Up to ₹1,000/month
• 💰 Referral Bonus: Up to ₹7,500
🎧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle customer calls and provide effective support
• Understand customer concerns through active listening and effective questioning
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through technical issues where required
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant products/services
• Handle objections professionally
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
• Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet quality, productivity and performance targets
• Maintain strong product and process knowledge

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔️ Excellent spoken & written English communication
✔️ Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
✔️ Good listening, interpersonal and multitasking abilities
✔️ Basic computer knowledge
✔️ Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Comfortable working in rotational US shifts
✔️ Willingness to work from office in Chandigarh
✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
