WE ARE HIRING | QUALITY ASSURANCE & MERCHANDISING
Trucarekidz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance & Merchandising professional to join our Tirupur operations.
📍 Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu
💼 Experience: 3–7 Years
🏢 Industry: Apparel / Garment Sourcing & Buying
💰 Salary: ₹5–6 LPA
🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end order follow-up with Tirupur factories.
• Ensure on-time production and shipment.
• Monitor quality at all critical stages of production.
• Follow buyer SOPs, quality standards and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate PP samples, approvals, testing and inspections.
• Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective action.
• Coordinate with factories, Head Office and buyers.
• Share regular updates on production, quality and shipment status.
🔹 We are looking for
✔️ Strong apparel QA and production knowledge.
✔️ Good merchandising and factory follow-up experience.
✔️ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
✔️ Strong eye for quality and workmanship.
✔️ Good ownership and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Understanding of buyer SOPs and compliance requirements.
✔️ Willingness to travel to factories across Tirupur.
