Performance Marketing Manager

We’re Faihai, a growing ecommerce & growth agency built by brand-side folks who’ve scaled some of the biggest D2C businesses.
We’re now looking for a E-Commerce/D2C Performance Marketing Manager to join us and take charge of scaling E-commerce campaigns across Meta and Google.
What You’ll Do:
1. Own and manage D2C/E-commerce Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end from setup to scaling.
2. Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).
3. Build and manage performance reports in Excel/Sheets.
4. Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.
You’re Right for This Role If:
1. You've worked or working agency side, have managed clients directly.
2. You’ve spent 3+ years running Meta + Google Ads for D2C E-commerce brands.
3. Don't apply if you only have B2B, SAAS experience, and don't have E-commerce brands experience.
4. You're very good with Excel sheets.
5. You're based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).
