Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance activities for plant machinery and mechanical systems.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Lead maintenance teams and allocate daily work activities.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and efficient operations.
Coordinate with production and utility teams for maintenance planning.
Monitor spare parts usage and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Experience in PCB manufacturing industry.
Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in plant/mechanical maintenance supervision.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine handling.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Good documentation and reporting abilities.
Ability to work in shifts.
Experience with PCB manufacturing and plant equipment such as:
Multi-Spindle Drilling Machines
CNC PCB Drilling Machines
PCB Router Machines
Edge Cutting & Shearing Machines
Hot Press Machines
Vacuum Lamination Press
