Medical Biller

Company Description Arzion RCM LLC is a healthcare revenue cycle management company focused on helping medical practices optimize billing, collections, and compliance. The organization provides end-to-end services across coding, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management for a wide range of healthcare providers.
Role Description The Medical Biller should be from the state of Utah or California only and should be a liason between the providers and Arzion RCM LLC. This is a full-time, remote job role for candidates only from the state of Utah or California.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of medical terminology, with the ability to interpret clinical documentation accurately.
Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards and practical experience applying codes in a billing or RCM environment.
Hands-on experience working with insurance payers, including familiarity with commercial insurance processes.
Working knowledge of Medicare billing rules and guidelines, including claim submission and reimbursement policies.
Experience in denial management, including identifying denial reasons, correcting claims, and resubmitting for payment.
Proficiency with medical billing software and practice management systems, along with basic MS Office skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare RCM preferred; certification in medical billing/coding is an advantage.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in healthcare administration, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
