BPM Consultant at BairesDev
In this role, you'll apply Business Process Management discipline to application modernization efforts, using structured BPM methodology to map how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to apply BPM best practices to a genuinely high-impact modernization context, working directly with clients throughout the engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Apply BPM methodology to map business processes related to application modernization initiatives.
- Use systems engineering principles to analyze and document technical and business workflows.
- Deliver project-based, client-facing BPM consulting engagements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using structured BPM techniques.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
- Strong background in systems engineering.
- Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
- Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
- Strong requirements gathering skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
