WE’RE HIRING | HR / TALENT SOURCING SPECIALIST | BENGALURU
This is NOT a traditional HR role.
We are looking for someone who knows how to find people, build manpower networks, and deliver hiring at scale.
We are building a large gig workforce of ego-centric data collectors for AI/robotics data collection and are looking for a sourcing professional who can own the manpower pipeline across Karnataka.
What we need
• 6–8 years of experience in direct / indirect manpower sourcing
• Strong local network across Karnataka, especially Bengaluru
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring / gig worker / frontline workforce / field workforce
• Experience sourcing manpower for Amazon, Flipkart, logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, retail, delivery or similar operations
• Strong relationships with manpower agencies, vendors, local networks and field recruiters
• Ability to build a continuous pipeline of gig workers / data collectors rather than hiring only against immediate requirements
• Strong ownership of sourcing numbers, conversions and closures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ex-Army / Defence personnel will be preferred, especially candidates with strong field leadership and manpower-management experience

The role requires someone who can go beyond posting jobs and waiting for applications. We need someone who knows where the manpower is and how to bring them in.
