We are looking for qualified healthcare professionals to join our International Healthcare Process as Medical Reviewers / Senior Medical Reviewers.
Position: Medical Reviewer / Senior Medical Reviewer
Process: International Healthcare / Clinical Review
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and interpret medical records, clinical documentation, investigation reports, treatment history, and other healthcare data.
• Perform accurate clinical/medical review based on defined project guidelines and quality standards.
• Identify and capture relevant clinical information from patient records.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and documentation quality.
• Understand medical terminology, disease conditions, diagnostic procedures, medications, and treatment approaches.
• Work closely with quality, operations, and clinical teams to resolve medical queries.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive patient information.
• Meet project-specific turnaround time and quality requirements for international clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Pharm.D
• MBBS
• BDS
• M.Pharm / B.Pharm with relevant clinical experience
• Nursing / Allied Healthcare graduates with relevant medical-review experience may also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and disease conditions.
• Good clinical reasoning and medical-record interpretation skills.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Experience in medical review, clinical data abstraction, medical coding, healthcare documentation, oncology, or US healthcare will be an advantage.
Experience:
• Medical Reviewer: Relevant healthcare/clinical experience preferred.
• Senior Medical Reviewer: Prior experience in medical review, clinical abstraction, healthcare operations, or a similar international healthcare process preferred.
