ACCESSORIES DEVELOPMENT INTERN - 8 weeks internship

ANINE BING is looking for an Accessories Development Intern to join our Product Development team based in Paris.
This role offers hands-on exposure to the operational side of accessories development at ANINE BING, supporting the team on supplier coordination, sample tracking, and order follow-up during the production cycle.
This is an 8-week internship (unpaid, per applicable regulations) based at our Paris HQ, in-person. The role reports to the Group Manager, Accessories.
Responsibilities Include:
Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on production milestones and outstanding items.
Track sample shipments and material validations.
Maintain and update WIP (Work in Progress) tracking sheets.
Provide comments on reorder TOPs (Top of Production samples).
Provide comments on PPS (Pre-Production Samples) and soft accessories TOPs.
Send updated technical packs (TP) and BOMs at order placement.
Validate UPCs / barcodes.
Create inbound shipments in the ERP system.
Support with PO updates (pricing, ETD, ETA, and related fields).
Manage incoming and outgoing package logistics.
Support general sorting, organizing, and labeling of cartons with piece inventory.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and French.
Strong sense of organization and ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Excel.
