The Warehouse Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and health, within the warehouse environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, implements safety programs, investigates incidents, and leads efforts to maintain a safe and secure workplace for all employees and visitors..
RESPONSIBILITES:
Lead and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (OSHA and company standards)
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the warehouse
Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses; determine root cause and implement corrective actions
Track and analyze safety metrics (TRIR, near misses, incident trends) to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate safety training for new hires and ongoing training for associates and leadership
Lead daily/weekly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns
