Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EPM Associate Manager with 2-3 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), specializing in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS). TPCMCS implementation and support engagements, manage delivery teams, and collaborate with finance stakeholders to design and implement scalable profitability and cost allocation solutions. Strong knowledge in Oracle EPM Cloud, finance and costing processes, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead multiple Oracle PCMCS implementation, enhancement, and support projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Drive solution design, application configuration, rule development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Oracle PCMCS.
Partner with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable profitability and cost management solutions.
Design and implement cost allocation models, profitability calculations, driver-based allocations, and management reporting.
Define solution architecture and oversee integrations between PCMCS, Oracle ERP, General Ledger, FCCS, EPBCS, and other enterprise systems.
Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and lead technical teams, conduct solution reviews, and promote Oracle EPM best practices.
Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), production deployments, and hypercare support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial planning, costing, and profitability reporting processes.
Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, proposal development, solution demonstrations, and practice-building initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
2-3 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with strong knowledge in Oracle PCMCS.
Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle PCMCS implementation and support engagements.
Strong understanding of cost allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, management accounting, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with PCMCS rule development, calculations, allocations, data integration, and reporting.
Experience integrating PCMCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, General Ledger, FCCS, EPBCS, and other Oracle EPM applications.
Strong project management, leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
