Senior Vodafone Broadband Sales Representative
Field-Based – Co. Mayo
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 On-Target Earnings
Hours: 40 per week, Monday – Friday (12:00 – 20:30)

About the Role
Kelco Communications, a leading Vodafone partner, is seeking an experienced field-based door-to-door sales professional to join our high-performing sales team in Mayo.
This role is suited to someone with proven door-to-door sales experience, who is confident engaging residential customers directly, building rapport quickly, and consistently closing sales in a target-driven environment.
You will represent Vodafone home broadband and TV products, delivering a professional customer experience while consistently achieving strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
Door-to-door sales of Vodafone broadband and TV packages to residential customers
Actively generate and close sales through direct field engagement
Deliver a high standard of customer interaction and brand representation
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Manage your own territory effectively to maximise opportunities
Record and report sales activity accurately
What We Offer
Basic salary of €34,000
Uncapped commission structure

Monday–Friday schedule

What We’re Looking For
Previous door-to-door sales experience is essential
Proven track record in field sales and hitting targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Confident working independently in a field-based role
Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Full, clean driver’s licence
