Producer

About the Role
We're looking for a Producer to help with end-to-end production planning across every shoot from budgeting and scheduling to on-set execution. You'll be the backbone that lets our creative team move fast without dropping quality, balancing sharp financial discipline with a creative-first and problem-solving mindset.
What You'll Do
Own all production planning: scheduling, budgeting, location, crew, logistics, and vendor coordination for every shoot
Build and manage multiple production budgets simultaneously, tracking spend in real time and flagging overruns early
Prepare, present, and manage detailed production budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports with a creative-first approach
Produce every shoot on set - he’ll run the day, hold the schedule, and make sure the Director of Photography has what they need to deliver
Source, vet, and manage production contractors for each shoot; brief them clearly and hold them to a high standard
Coordinate all talent logistics - travel, accommodations, call times, and on-set care for on-camera talent
Liaise with the GM on financial performance, operational reporting, and production capacity planning
Anticipate production bottlenecks ahead of time and solve problems before they become emergencies
Protect the creative team from operational friction so they can stay focused on the work

You are able to plan flexibly without prematurely locking in
Skilled at anticipating and adapting to last-minute pivots (day/night switches, location changes, etc.)
A collaborative problem-solver who thrives on unique production challenges
Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills, paired with a creative-first sensibility
Proven experience producing shoots on set and managing crews, vendors, and talent logistics
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to hold people to a clear standard
Location: Remote, you have an advantage if you aer from NYC
