Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, identify & mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Track project progress, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and proactively escalate risks and issues.
Manage effort estimates, timelines, scope changes, and delivery commitments.
Facilitate project meetings, sprint/release planning, reviews, steering updates, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure adherence to project process, quality standards and delivery best practices.
Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives, lessons learned sessions, and process optimization initiatives.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
Advanced Excel & Word skills
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MPP
Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and delivery presentations.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or program coordination.
Experience managing software development, IT implementation, digital transformation, or business process projects is preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage.
Experience working with distributed teams, client-facing delivery models, and vendor coordination is desirable.
Experience in handling at least 10-to-15 member team
