Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Role Description The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Junagadh. This position oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching agricultural products, while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards. The supervisor coordinates logistics activities such as shipment planning, vehicle scheduling, and documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to optimize inventory control and workflow efficiency. The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor also collaborates with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to address operational issues, maintain service quality, and support overall supply chain performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead warehouse teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal departments, logistics partners, and customers, and to maintain clear documentation.
Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to manage daily warehouse activities, optimize processes, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve delivery or inventory issues, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, conduct regular audits, manage storage locations, and reduce losses or discrepancies.
Knowledge of basic supply chain principles and familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP tools is an advantage.
