We are seeking a Founding Engineer to own core AI/LLM technology and production systems end-to-end. If you thrive in ambiguity and love shipping high-impact products from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Own problems across the AI agent, evaluations and product
Build and improve LLM-powered systems
Design how the AI behaves across a full user session
Build evaluation systems to measure AI performance and learning
Build product experiences around AI interactions
Work on voice, thinking, drawing and conversational interactions
Ship and iterate on production features
Take ownership of whatever the product needs next

2+ years of experience building production systems
Strong understanding of LLMs
Experience with prompting, structured outputs, tool use and evals
Familiarity with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar
Strong engineering depth and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with undefined scope and taking end-to-end ownership
