Job Title: SAP PP/QM - Functional Senior/ Lead/Architect

Experience: 7+ Yrs - Relevant Experience in SAP
7+ years of hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation experience, covering Production Planning (MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Work Centers) and Quality Management (Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Quality Notifications), with at least 1 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementation.
Strong understanding of Discrete, Process (PP-PI), and Repetitive Manufacturing scenarios, along with MTS and MTO planning strategies.
Proven integration expertise across PP/QM with MM, SD, and FI/CO, ensuring seamless material flow, quality inspection, and cost integration across the value chain.
Experience with S/4HANA-specific innovations including MRP Live, Production Order confirmations via Fiori apps, and embedded Quality Management processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, lead fit-gap analysis, and support blueprinting for greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
Working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for PP/QM and basic ABAP debugging skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams on RICEFW objects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead SIT/UAT testing cycles, manage cutover activities, and mentor junior consultants or lead project tracks independently.
