Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, managing schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and clients to clarify requirements, address risks, and resolve issues. The Construction Project Manager will prepare and monitor project budgets, review bids and contracts, manage resources, and produce regular status reports. This position also supports continuous process improvement, documentation, and adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management.
Candidates should possess solid expertise in Construction Management and Project Management.
Candidates should possess proven abilities in Budgeting and cost control.
Relevant skills in contract administration, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or similar), and risk management are beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and applicable building codes; professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
