The Role
We are seeking a Digital Design Specialist to create compelling visual assets for digital platforms, marketing initiatives, websites, social media, and business communications. The role combines creative thinking with strong attention to brand consistency, usability, and visual quality. You will collaborate with marketing, content, product, and business teams in a flexible remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop digital graphics, layouts, visual concepts, and creative assets for online channels.
Create designs for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
Translate briefs and business objectives into clear and engaging visual concepts.
Maintain consistent visual identity, typography, composition, and brand standards.
Develop creative variations and adapt designs for different platforms and audiences.
Collaborate with marketing, content, web, and product teams on digital initiatives.
Review existing digital assets and recommend practical design improvements.
Manage design revisions, feedback, deadlines, and multiple project deliverables.
Research current digital design trends and incorporate relevant creative approaches.
Maintain organized design files, templates, assets, and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of professional digital design experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of visual design, composition, typography, color, and digital communication.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and digital content requirements.
Familiarity with website, social media, presentation, and digital marketing design.
Proficiency with commonly used graphic design, layout, and visual editing tools.
Strong creative thinking combined with practical problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into polished visual outputs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects independently within a remote environment.
