Role Description As an ANMAC, OSCE & Australian PR Counsellor at Bee International, you will be responsible for counselling clients, converting leads, and achieving sales targets for Australian migration and healthcare-related services. Counselling clients on ANMAC, OSCE, Australian PR, and related pathways. Handling leads from enquiry through follow-ups, conversions, sales and revenue targets. Conducting regular sales follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online/in-person meetings. Assessing client requirements and recommend suitable services and pathways. Achieving cross-selling opportunities and convert to client conversions. Maintaining accurate client details, follow-ups, and updates. Coordinating with Processing and Documentation teams for smooth client onboarding. Staying updated on relevant Australian immigration, registration, and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Australian PR / migration follow-ups, conversions, sales and revenue targets or ANMAC / OSCE counselling or related sales roles.
Bachelor’s/Masters qualification with proven track record in sales conversion and closing.
Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The candidate should also be willing to learn new services and engage in sales as and when they launch or when such a requirement come up.
Candidates based in Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi are preferred.
