Senior Solution Architect — Enterprise AI

At AllysAI, we build AI products that connect business workflows, conversational experiences and enterprise systems.
We’re looking for an experienced solution architect to work closely with our product and engineering teams, with the potential to develop into a full-time role.
We need someone who can understand a business requirement, translate it into a coherent technical design, and guide the team through implementation. Clear communication with engineers and client stakeholders is essential.
The role
Own solution architecture across user experiences, AI orchestration, backend services, integrations and data.
Translate business journeys into clear component designs, execution flows and technical specifications.
Define where AI reasoning is useful and where deterministic rules and controls should govern behaviour.
Design reliable workflows covering state management, asynchronous processing, retries, concurrency and recovery.
Review implementation decisions with engineers and maintain consistency between the architecture and what is built.
Lead technical walkthroughs, explain trade-offs and resolve integration questions with client teams.
Help establish reusable architecture patterns across our products and deployments.
What we’re looking for
Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise software.
A hands-on engineering background and the ability to work confidently with code, APIs and technical configurations.
Experience with cloud architecture, microservices, event-driven systems and enterprise integrations.
Practical understanding of AI agents, orchestration, tool calling and MCP.
Azure experience, particularly Cosmos DB, Service Bus, API Management and identity services, would be valuable.
Sound judgment around security, reliability, performance and maintainability.
Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex systems through concrete examples.
You should be comfortable moving between the business journey and the implementation details—and taking responsibility for how the whole solution works together.

You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership, product and engineering teams and contribute to both current delivery and the architecture of future products.
We are open to discussing a full-time role or an initial project collaboration that can grow into one. Near-term availability would be a plus.
